Shown below are links for several different language versions of the Therapist Adherence Measure - Revised. 

If you need a version that is not shown here, please follow these steps:

1) Arrange for translation from English to the applicable language;
2) E-mail an electronic copy of the translated version to msti@mstinstitute.org.

MST Institute will arrange for a review of the translation and will post approved versions.

If you want to propose a change to a version listed below, please use the “Translation Change Request Form” to document the need for the change and submit completed form to the Director of Quality Assurance.
